Any one who knows me knows I love smoothies! And I love variety; I rarely drink the same thing twice in one week, which is why my freezer is always stocked with a variety of frozen fruits. Here is a roundup of the smoothies I drank this week.

Saturday. Tropical nectarine chlorella smoothie bowl

Sunday. Cantaloupe peach yogurt

  • 1/4 cantaloupe, chopped
  • 1 frozen peach
  • 1/2 cup turkish yogurt

Monday. Cranberry pecan pie

Tuesday. Turmeric smoothie

Wednesday. Turmeric smoothie with ginger ale nicecream

Ginger Ale Nicecream (inspired by pearsnpancakes):

  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • handful (frozen) spinach
  • about 20 mint leaves
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Thursday. Coconut milk oats and nectarine-maqui nicecream with raspberries

Basic overnight oats recipe:

  • ½ cup (50g) oats
  • 1 tbsp chia
  • 1 tbsp broken flax (optional)
  • ¾ to 1 ¼ cup (200-300ml) liquid (depending how thick you want it)

Nectarine-maqui Nicecream

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen nectarine
  • water, as needed
  • 1 tsp maqui berry powder

Friday. Christmas came early.
